FlexiGigs app for iPhone and iPad

Flexigigs is a service-based website designed to connect freelancers, part-timers and interns (Gighunters) with employers (Headhunters) in order to help them collaborate and get work done flexibly and securely.
Users can register on the system as Gighunters & submit the services they offer with specified cost & delivery dates. These services can be requested by Headhunters after approving applications & Gighunter terms & conditions & paying corresponding fees.
Users can register on the system as Headhunters to request services or offer jobs (Gigs) they have & need to be done for a certain budget & deadline. Gighunter can apply to a certain Gig if found to match his/her skills & Headhunter can accept one of the applications by paying the corresponding budget he specified.
The funds paid are kept at Flexigigs till the customer confirms the Service/Gig delivery according to agreed on description & terms. Then Flexigigs Admin releases the payment to the supplier.
If a conflict occurred between Gighunter & Headhunter at any stage of the process, they can "Report a conflict" to Flexi Admin where the admin arbitrates between them & judges either with confirming the order delivery after which the funds are released to the Gighunter OR canceling the order where the funds are refunded to the Headhunter.
